SERVICE LOCATIONS All county public schools * County Administration Building / School District Office complex ; County Administration ,A.nnex ; County Health Dept . ; County Annex , Sebastian ; IRC Purchasing Department ; Indian River County Courthouse ; IRC Main Library ; North County Library ; IRC School District Warehouse ; School District Annex . ( address list attached ) 2 . BASIC COLLECTION SCHEDULE Weekly ; twice weekly ( one OCC location ) ; or bioweekly . Refer to location listing for individual collection requirements . 3 . CON'T'AINERS a . Hauler will supply , appropriately label and maintain all containers and equipment . b . Placement : A . SITE COORDINATION The Hauler will meet with a responsible representative of each site to establish container locations and logistics for effecting the collection operations and maximizing participation . 5 . DELIVERY TO LANDFILL When delivered to the county landfill , materials must be pre - sorted and placed in recyclables receiving areas according to the following categories : newspaper ; No , 1 2 plastic bottles ; metal cans ; office papers corrugatedtles ; No . cardboard , 6 . COLLECTION REPORTING Hauler will provide SWDD with written collection reports quarterly , identifying locations , collection dates and materials ? . MARKETING MATERIALS Hauler may bring the recyclablesto the SWDD landfill for recycling or market any or all of them . If the hauler chooses to market the materials , he will provide SWDD with all related data date , material , market and tonnages - per event . A tonnage estimate will be accepted providing the Hauler brings one load of each Hauler -marketed material per month over the SWDD scales for a true weight . 8 . EDUCATION Hauler will work with the SWDD to ensure each location is provided adequate information and training use , including posteto maximize service rs , to and meetings with staff , teachers , students , etce as required , 9 . ADDITIONAL SERVICES The hauler will be responsible for ajusting the collection schedule to ensure that recyclables are not overflowing containers • Where collection adjustment warrants a rate increase , hauler must forward a re SWDD approval . The hauler will provide aestlth scheduleficofaanyncossts which would . be incurred in the event a listed recycling location requires additional services , increased collection fre additional containers or if an additional location were requested . No chargeable services will be added unless en approved by the SWDD , and until 10 . INSURANCE Hauler will provide proof of insurance covering employees , equipment and incidents at the level of liability required within the terms of the franchise agreement . Proof of insurance is to be submitted to the SWDD with this signed contract . 11 . TERM OF CONTRACT This is a five year contract with two one-year renewal options, following agreement between the S WDD and the hauler concerning any necessary change or modifications . 12 . FEES Payment for services rendered are to as provided in Exhibit I attached hereto subject to the provisions of Section 9 . IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the INDIAN RIVER COUNTY SOLID WASTE DISPOSAL DISTRICT AND TREASURE COAST REFUSE CORPORATION have caused the Contract to be signed by their respective duly authorized representative .
