No action was taken and the Petition was ordered filed. The County Attorney went over the list of property owners which have not as yet conveyed a right of way for U. S. NF1 from Wabasso to the City Limits of Vero Beach. The County Attorney stated they had quite a few houses that the County has bought. After some discussion and upon Motion made by Comm- issioner Waddell, seconded by Commissioner McCullers and unanimously carried, the Board authorized these houses and those that will go into condemnation be advertized for sale. There being no further business, upon Motion made, seconded and carried, the Board then adjourned.
