WHEREAS , the Declaration of Unity of Title is defective in that it
erroneously describes PARCEL TWO , necessitating the severance of the Unity
of Title recorded in O . R . Book 1959 , Page 1216 , Public Records of Indian River
County, Florida ; and
WHEREAS , the severance of said Unity of Title over the property
described above requires the release in writing by an authorized representative
of the Community Development Department of Indian River County, Florida by
recorded document ;
NOW , THEREFORE , by this instrument Indian River County
releases the Unity of Title over the above-described property recorded in O . R .
Book 1959 , Page 1216 , Public Records of Indian River County, Florida ,
provided , however, that a new Declaration of Unity of Title be recorded
simultaneously to unify the intended properties .
