of 170 feet ; thence run North 43 degrees 47 minutes West a
distance of 161 .40 feet ; thence run North 26 degrees 35
minutes West a distance of 45. 36 feet; thence run North 53
degrees 00 minutes East a distance of 185. 87 feet to said point
of beginning .
