remove a nuisance structure from property located within Indian River

Commence at the SE corner of East 10 acres of S 1/2 of SW '/4 of
Section 22 , Township 32 South , Range 39 East, according to
the last general plat of lands of the Indian River Farms
Company filed in the office of the Clerk of the Circuit Court of
St. Lucie County, Florida , in Plat Book 2 , page 25 , run North
along the East boundary line of said East 10 acres for a
distance of 675 feet to point of beginning , thence run West 150
feet, thence run North 50 feet , thence run East 150 feet , thence
run South 50 feet to point of beginning ; said land now lying
and being in Indian River County, Florida.

The names of the record owners of the above-described property
are :
Lisa Clark, Tyrus Clark, and Bobby Jean Jones
THIS LIEN is filed against the real property to secure the payment of
Three Thousand Four Hundred Seventy-One and 921100 Dollars ($ 3,471 .92) ,
for the cost of demolition and removal of the nuisance structure(s) .
