NOTICE
Notice is hereby given that at 10
A. M. on June 7, 1960, in the office
of the Board of County . Commis-
sioners of Indian River County,
Florida, said Board adopted a reso-
lution vacating, annulling and mak-
ing void and for naught the plat
of Las Palmas filed in the office
of the Clerk of the Circuit Court of
Indian River County, Florida, and
recorded in Plat Book 1, page 27,
and replat of Las Palmas filed in
the office of the Clerk of the Circuit
I Court of Indian River County, Flor-
(ida, and recorded in Plat Book 2,'
page 31, and all expressed and im-
plied dedications thereon and re -
suiting therefrom and renouncing
and disclaiming any right of Indian
River County, Florida, and of the
public in and to all land delineated
as a road, lane, drive or street on
said plats, except, however, the
Iright of ways for the streets desig-
nated as 16th Street and 14th
;Street on Plat recorded in Plat
Book 1, page 27, and right of ways
for streets known as 17th Street and
18th Street on Plat recorded in
Plat Book 2, page 81, as being in
fact the same streets. The right of
way for the Northerly most street
being 35 feet, and the right of way
for the Southerly most street being
50 feet, all from property subdi-
vided according to the two above
plats.
