M. Netto, including the two alternates, in the amount of $71,201.00. Letter was received from Charles Sullivan asking what space had been provided for the Small Claims Office when he takes over in January. The Board requested the Clerk write Mr. Sullivan stating he would have to. share space with the Federal Agricultural Agent until the new addition is completed. A letter was read from N. B. Rosemary Richey, Supervisor of Registration submitted a list of the various precincts with the number of registered voters in each and recomm- ending the number of new voting machines needed. Said report was ordered filed. David Robison appeared before the Board with the Contract he had prepared for the addition and alterations to the Courthouse. Motion was made by Commissioner Waddell, seconded by Commissioner McCullers and unanimously carried, authorizing and directing the Chairman and Clerk of this Board to sign the Contract between the County and E. M. Netto, Contractor. There being no further business, the Board then adjourned.
