WITNESSETH : That GRANTOR , for itself, its successors and assigns , for and in

hand paid by the GRANTEE , the receipt and sufficiency of which are hereby
acknowledged , does hereby grant, bargain , and convey to the GRANTEE , GRANTEE'S
successors and assigns forever, a public utility easement over, across , under, in , through
and upon the following-described property situated in the County of Indian River, State of
Florida , and being more particularly bounded and described as follows :

TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the same together with all the right and privilege from
time to time to reconstruct, inspect, alter, improve, add to, replace , remove or relocate any
facilities located thereon , or any part of them and together with all the rights thereunto
belonging , and all the estates , right, title , interest, lien , equity, and claim whatsoever of the
said GRANTOR , for itself, its successors and assigns , either in law or equity, limited only to
the proper use and benefit of the GRANTEE , GRANTEE's successors and assigns forever,
as long as the same is used by the GRANTEE for the purposes of this conveyance .
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, GRANTOR has hereunto set its hand and seal the day
and year first above written .

Situated in the State of Florida , County of Indian River, being a portion of the
Southeast % of Section 36, Township 32 South , Range 39 East and being more
particularly bounded and described as follows:
Beginning at the Southeast corner of Lot 16, Block 4, Country Club Pointe,
Unit No. 2, as recorded in Plat Book 4, Page 60 of the Public Records of Indian River
County, said point also being on the North line of the Main Relief Canal ;
Thence South 89049'47" East along the North line of the Main Relief Canal as
determined by an extension of the South line of the Plat of Country Club Pointe for a
distance of 494.48 feet to a point on the West right-of-way of Indian River Boulevard as
determined from the control information on Florida Department of Transportation (FDOT)
