AMENDMENT NO . 2 TO THE PROFESSIONAL ARCHITECTURAL AND ENGINEERING
SERVICES AGREEMENT BETWEEN EDLUND , DRITENBAS , BINKLEY ARCHITECTS &
ASSOCIATES , P . A . AND INDIAN RIVER COUNTY , FLORIDA .
This is a request for additional services under the existing Architectural and Engineering Services
Agreement (AGREEMENT) dated January 24 , 2006 between Edlund, Dritenbas , Binkley Architects and
Associates , P . A . ( DESIGNER) and Indian River County (COUNTY) . These services are required under
section VII- Additional Work of the Agreement and are as noted in the attached letter ( Exhibit A) . All
other sections of the agreement shall remain in full force and effect and are incorporated herein .
This amendment No . 2 to the AGREEMENT regardless of where executed, shall be governed by and
construed by the laws of the State of Florida .
In witness whereof the parties have executed this Amendment this 3RD day of March
2009 .

RE : Request for Supplemental Work Order
Indian River County Parks Maintenance Complex
Dear Chris,
In accordance with our current agreement for services , Section IX — Extra Work, we are herewith
requesting approval of the following changes in the plans being compiled for building permit
submittal :
1 . Revise the Cover Sheet to include the Site Electrical Plans and Civil Plans prepared
by others for IRC .
2 . Revise the Architectural Sheets and M . E . P . Sheets to reflect the diesel generator to be
included in the base bid .
3 . Structure, draft and include a Division 16 Section of the specifications for the
emergency generator .
4 . Cloud and Delta (revisions) on all sheets affected by the above work.
5 . Revise the Engineer of Record from Garrison Engineering to Ft. Pierce Engineering
and revise all sheets to display the new . Engineer of Record . (This is due to the passing of
Victor Garrison and the closure of his firm) .
6 . Revise all the Structural Sheets to reflect the name change from Jenkins and Charland
to TRC Worldwide Engineers . (This name change occurred during the. delay of the
project) .
