AMENDMENT NO, 1 TO THE PROFESSIONAL ARCHITECTURAL AND ENGINEERING
SERVICES AGREEMENT BETWEEN EDLUND, DRITENBAS, BINKLEY ARCHITECTS &
ASSOCIATES, P .A. AND INDIAN RIVER COUNTY, FLORIDA.
This is an amendment to the existing Architectural and Engineering Services Agreement
(AGREEMENT) dated January 24, 2006 between Edlund, Dritenbas, Binkley Architects and Associates,
P . A . (DESIGNER) and Indian River County (COUNTY) . This amendment addresses a change in
" Section XVI — Duration of Agreement" of the AGREEMENT .
Amendment Description
This Amendment includes the following :
" SECTION XVI — DURATION OF AGREEMENT " is being modified to incorporate the following :
This Agreement shall remain in full force and effect until January 24, 2010 or until
completion of project phases as specified by the Public Works Director, or unless
otherwise terminated by mutual consent of the parties hereto or pursuant to Section XII of
this AGREEMENT .
The AGREEMENT is hereby amended as specifically set forth here in . All other sections of the
AGREEMENT shall remain in full force and effect and are incorporated herein .
This Amendment No . 1 to the AGREEMENT regardless of where executed, shall be governed by and
construed by the laws of the State of Florida.
In witness whereof the parties have executed this Amendment this 3rd day of
February 12009 .
