Maintenance Code, for costs incurred by Indian River County, Florida, to
remove a nuisance structure from property located within Indian River

section line a distance of 440 feet to a pipe; thence run East a
distance of 1341.89 feet to a concrete monument; thence run
South 35 degrees 40 minutes East a distance of 300 feet to a
pipe on the point of beginning; from said point of beginning,
run South 35 degrees 40 minutes East a distance of 204.89
feet; thence run South 53 degrees 00 minutes West a distance
of 170 feet; thence run North 43 degrees 47 minutes West a
distance of 161.40 feet; thence run North 26 degrees 35
minutes West a distance of 45.36 feet; thence run North 53
degrees 00 minutes East a distance of 185.87 feet to said point
of beginning.

THIS LIEN is filed against the real property to secure the payment of
Four Thousand One Hundred Eighty -Seven and 28/100 Dollars ($4,187.28),
for the cost of demolition and removal of the nuisance structure.
