This First Amendment to Custodial Services Agreement (" First Amendment" ) ("Agreement" )
is entered into effective October 1 , 2005 , by and between Indian River County , a political
subdivision of the State of Florida , 1840 25th Street , Vero Beach , FL 32960 (" County") and Heveron
Group , Inc. , a Florida corporation , having a principal place of business at 1872 Commerce Avenue ,
Suite A, Vero Beach , FL 32960 , d/b/a Beachland Cleaning Service (" Contractor ' ) .
BACKGROUND RECITALS
A. Effective October 1 , 2005 , the County and the Contractor entered into the Custodial
Services Agreement ("Agreement" ) .
B . The County and the Contractor desire to amend the Agreement by adding additional
services , in accordance with the provisions of the Agreement, as set forth in this First Amendment.
NOW THEREFORE , for good and valuable consideration , the receipt and sufficiency of
which is hereby acknowledged , the parties hereto , intending to be legally bound , covenant and
agree to amend the Jail Agreement as follows :
1 . The background recitals are true and correct and form a material part of this First
Amendment .
2 . From and after the effective date of this First Amendment, the Services set forth on
Exhibit " B" to the Agreement are amended by adding the additional services and compensation as
set forth on Exhibit "A" attached hereto and incorporated by reference in its entirety .
3 . All terms and conditions of the Agreement not amended herein remain in full force
and effect.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF , the County and the Contractor have caused this First
Amendment to be signed by their respective duly authorized officers as of the day and year first
stated above .

Dear Lynn,
Thank you for the opportunity to provide a quote for the below locations that were not
included on the original bid documents. We have reviewed the areas of service and have
them broken out below by location.
All of the work will be under the same specifications as all Indian .River County buildings
other than the Sheriff Mall location which will be cleaned 3 (Monday, Wednesday and
Friday) days per week .
Sheriff Trailers : 5 Days per week; $349. 00 per month
Sheriff Mall location : 3 days per week; $316 . 00 per month
Risk/Animal Control/Purchasing Bldg : 5 Days per week; $924 . 00 per month
