Description:
Purpose of Work Authorization Directive :
Existing water services are constructed of polybutylene and are inferior causing frequent breaks in service , and many
water meters are buried in the swale . Replace the water service lines with PE pipe and relocate the meter boxes and
meters to higher more accessible ground in the right-of-way.
