SUBJECT : FY 2003 - 2004 FDEP WASTE TIRE GRANT
BACKGROUND
At the June 24 , 2003 Board of County Commissioners meeting , SWDD staff notified the Board
of its desire to apply to the Florida Department of Environmental Protection (FDEP) for a FY
2003 - 2004 Waste Tire Grant . SWDD staff informed the Board that award of this grant would be
brought to their attention .
FOR NOTIFICATION — NO ACTION REQUIRED
Please be advised that FDEP approved SWDD ' s grant application and awarded us grant funding
in the amount of $ 13 , 284 . 00 for the period October 1 , 2003 — September 30 , 2004 .
