AMENDMENT NO, 2 TO THE CONTINUING CONTRACT AGREEMENT FOR
PROFESSIONAL SERVICES BETWEEN G . K. ENVIRONMENTAL, INC . AND INDIAN RIVER
COUNTY, FLORIDA
This is an amendment to the existing Continuing Contract Agreement for Professional Services with G . K .
Environmental , Inc . (AGREEMENT) dated March 15 , 2005 between G . K . Environmental , Inc .
(CONSULTANT) and Indian River County (COUNTY) .
WHEREAS, the existing AGREEMENT between CONSULTANT and COUNTY provides for
Work Orders to be issued for services , this AMENDMENT NO . 2 modifies that requirement so that a
Purchase Order will be issued by the COUNTY and approved through the MUNIS system, for proposed
services that total less than $ 15 , 000 . 00 . For proposed services $ 15 , 000 . 00 and over, Work Orders shall be
issued and approved by the Indian River County Board of County Commissioners .
This AMENDMENT NO . 2 , regardless of where executed, shall be governed by and construed
according to the laws of the State of Florida .
