You are directed to proceed promptly with the following work:
Description:
The wastewater plant operator has requested that a 12" PVC sludge force main be installed from the discharge side
of the sludge pump station to the influent side of the equalization splitter box structure and a 6" force main from the
4" scum line to the sludge feed at the septage/sludge and grease transfer station.
Purpose of Work Change Directive :
To increase the efficiency of the treatment plant and reduce odors.
Exhibit 1 Plan sheet showing location and details of work.
