This Work Order No . 2A and 2B is in accordance with the existing AGREEMENT dated April 16, 2002 , between Lawson, Noble & Webb, Inc . (SURVEYOR) and Indian River County (COUNTY) . This Work . Order No . 2A and 2B amends the agreement as follows : WORK ORDER 2A - SECTION I — PROJECT LIMITS This Work Order No . 2A is for preparing a Boundary Survey for the Gifford Stormwater Project. WORK ORDER 2A - SECTION II - SCOPE OF SERVICES The scope of work for preparing the boundary survey will include, but will not be limited to , the following : 1 . Boundary Survey to include field locations of property corners and perimeter improvements, tied to the Indian River County Horizontal Control survey control network. 2 . Establish the project boundaries (legal description to be provided by Indian River County) 3 . Prepare subject survey on 24" X 36" sheets and provide an electronic disc in AutoCAD 2000 format . WORK ORDER 2A - SECTION III — TIME FOR COMPLETION The Work Order No . 2, Gifford Stormwater Project Boundary Survey shall be completed within 15 calendar days from the Notice to Proceed. 1 FAEngineering\Capital Projects\0138-Annual Survey Contract 2002-2003\0138 Work Order No. 2 , Lawson, Noble & Webb-cjk.dot WORK ORDER 2A - SECTION IV — COMPENSATION The COUNTY agrees to pay, and the SURVEYOR agrees to accept, a fee for services rendered according to the " Scope of Services" identified in Section II of this Work Order No . 2A, a Lump Sum NOT TO EXCEED of $4 , 990 . 00 . (See "EXHIBIT A" Proposal attached.) WORK ORDER 211 - SECTION I — PROJECT LIMITS This Work Order No . 2A is for preparing a Construction Staking Services for the Gifford Stormwater Project, WORK ORDER 2B - SECTION II = SCOPE OF SERVICES The scope of work for preparing the boundary survey will include, but will not be limited to, the following : 1 . Set a total of three (3 ) permanent Bench Marks for site construction tied to Indian River County vertical datum (N. G .V .D . 29) . 2 . Stake the "Pond Site" westerly and easterly phase and fence lines . 3 . State the ` Staging Area" phase line. 4 . Set a total of ten ( 10) Permanent Reference Monuments (PRM ' s) in the locations indicated by the County Surveyor) . WORK ORDER 2B - SECTION III — TIME FOR COMPLETION The Work Order No . 2B , Gifford Stormwater Project Construction Staking Services shall be completed within 15 calendar days from the Notice to Proceed. WORK ORDER 211 - SECTION IV - COMPENSATION The COUNTY agrees to pay, and the SURVEYOR agrees to accept, a fee for services rendered according to the "Scope of Services" identified in Section H of this Work Order No . 2A, a Lump Sum NOT TO EXCEED of $2 , 945 . 00 .
