' Phis Addendum is made pursuant to that certain Agreement to Purchase and Sell Real Estate
wbercin the above named parties are Seller and Buyer respectively , for the real property located in
Indian River County , Florida , as described above , and in furtherance of the provisions of the
Contract , the parties do hereby agree as follows :

1 . " I'hc Closing Date shall be amended to read on or before a r 1
2 . Seller can not provide Buyer with marketable title pursuant to the Aglscement to Purchase and
Sell Real Estate . Seller can provide Buyer with marketable title to 7 /9 interest in the
property . Buyer hereby agrees to accept from Seller a Warranty Deed for 7 /9 interest in the
property and a Quit Claim Deed for the remaining 2 /9 interest in the property , knowing that
the rema ► llmg 2/9 interest shall be conveyed in an unmarketable disposition with potential
claims attached . The 2 /9 unmarketable interest shall remain as an exception on the title
policy .
3 . Buyer hereby releases Seller f om any and all liability for claims related to the subject
property , including but not limited to claims against the title .
4 . Buyer agrees to pay for the probate fees and title costs associated with clearing the title to the
subject property . Such costs shall not exceed $4 , 000 . 00 and shall be paid at closing .
5 . All other terms and conditions of the Agreement remain in full force and effect .
