GRANT OF EASEMENT
THIS INDENTURE, made and entered into on this day of L ��
2007, by and between INDIAN RIVER COUNTY, a political subdivision of the State of Florida,
whose post office address is 1801 27" Street, Vero Beach FL 32960, "Grantor, " and INDIAN
RIVER FARMS WATER CONTROL DISTRICT, formerly known as INDIAN RIVER
FARMS DRAINAGE DISTRICT, a water control district existing under Chapter 298, Florida
Statutes, whose post office address is 7305 4th Street, Vero Beach, FL 32968 , "Grantee';
(Wherever used herein, the terms " Grantor" and Grantee" include all the parties to
this instrument and the heirs, legal representatives and assigns of individuals, and the
successors and assigns of corporations .)
For the sum of 10.00 and other good and valuable considerations, the receipt and sufficiency
of which is hereby acknowledged, Grantor does give and grant to Grantee an easement and
right-of-way for purposes of construction, location, ingress, egress, canal maintenance, drainage and
for all functions and purposes Grantee is authorized by law to perform, on, over and across the
following described property, situate, lying and being in Indian River County, Florida, to-wit :
A parcel of land being a portion of Tract 1 , Section 12, Township 33 South, Range 38 East,
Indian River Farms Company Subdivision, according to the Plat thereof, as recorded in Plat
Book 2, Page 25 , of the Public Records of St. Lucie County, now Indian River County,
Florida. Said parcel being more particularly described as follows :
The South 30. 00 feet of the North 72. 00 feet of the East 90 .00 feet of said Section 12 .
As set forth on Exhibit "A" attached hereto.
TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the same together with all and singular the appurtenances
thereunto, for the use, benefit and profit of the said Grantee, its successors and assigns.
