EASEMENT
This Grant of Easement , made and executed this 11th day of December A . D . ,
2007 , by INDIAN RIVER COUNTY, a political subdivision of the State of Florida , the
address of which is 1840 25th Street, Vero Beach , FL 32960 , hereinafter called
GRANTOR ` , to the CITY OF VERO BEACH , a municipal corporation of the State of
Florida, the address of which is 1053 20th Place , Vero Beach , FL 32960 , hereinafter
called GRANTEE ' ,
'Whenever used herein the term GRANTOR and GRANTEE include all parties to this
instrument and their heirs, legal representatives , successors , and assigns .
WITNESSETH :
That GRANTOR for and in consideration of the sum of One Dollar and other
consideration , receipt of which is hereby acknowledged , does hereby grant , bargain , sell ,
alien , remise , release , convey, and confirm unto the GRANTEE an easement for
DRAINAGE PURPOSES on , over, across , and beneath the following described land ,
situate in Indian River County , Florida , to-wit :
SEE EXHIBIT "A" ATTACHED HERETO AND MADE A PART HEREOF
And GRANTOR hereby covenants with said GRANTEE that it is lawfully seized of said
servient land in fee simple , and that it has good right and lawful authority to convey the
easement established hereby and will defend the same against the lawful claims of all
persons whomsoever .
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the GRANTOR has herein set its hand and seal the day and
year first above written .

Situated in the State of Florida, County of Indian River, City of Vero Beach, and
being a portion of the southwest % of the southeast 'A of Section 2, Township 33 South,
Range 39 East, and being more particularly bounded and described as follows:
Commencing at the southwest %r of the southeast %4 of Section 2, Township 33
South , Range 39 East;
Thence Southeasterly along a deed bearing of South 89°22 '00" East for a distance
of 978. 48 feet to an intersection with the centerline of 171h Avenue;
Thence northeasterly along a deed bearing of North 00056'45" East for a distance of
1 , 126. 14 feet to a point of intersection with the easterly extension of the north line of the
City of Vero Beach Recreation Administration Complex;
Thence northwesterly along said north line with a measured bearing of North
