This GRANT OF EASEMENT , made and executed thi6ay of A . D . , 2009 , by
Robert Hamilton whose address is : 3135 67th Street , Vero Beach , FL 32967 hereinafter called
' GRANTOR ' , to Indian River County , a political subdivision of the State of Florida , 1801 27th Street ,
Vero Beach , FL 32960 , hereinafter called ' GRANTEE ' ,
'Whenever used herein the term GRANTOR and GRANTEE include all parties to this
instrument and their heirs , legal representatives , successors , and assigns .
WITNESSETH .-

ITNESSETH :That GRANTOR for and in consideration of the sum of TEN AND NO/

consideration , receipt of which is hereby acknowledged , does hereby grant , bargain , sell , alien ,

Commencing at the Northeast corner of the SW 1 /4 of the NE 1 /4 of Section 10 , Township 32 South ,
Range 39 East , run West a distance of 400 feet to a point ; thence run South a distance of 200 feet to
a point , thence run East a distance of 400 feet to a point ; thence run North a distance of 200 feet to
the point of beginning .
