Henry Fischer & Sons Leasing, Inc. is not responsible for any underground lines and cables. Two business days
notice must be given so utilities can be notified per FL. Statutes, Chapter 556, FS.
Payment to be made as follows: Net 15 days. Interest rate at the rate of 1 . 5% per month
shall be charged for any amount not paid within 30 days. In any litigation arising out of Subtotal $4,500.00
this contract, the prevailing party shall be entitled to recover reasonable attonmeys' fees
and costs, including appellate proceedings. If judicial proceedings are necessary to enforce Sales Tax (7.0%) $0.00
the terms of this contract, venue shall be in a State of Florida court
This proposal may be withdrawn by us if not accepted within 30 days. Henry Fischer & Total $4,500.00
Sons Leasing, Inc. maintains the right to change the prices after 180 days regardless of
acceptance of this proposal.
Prices exclude pernuts, surveys and engineering.
All work will be done in a neat and workmanlike manner and in accordance with the
plans and specifications.

At the January 4, 2005 BCC meeting, the Board empowered the County
Administrator to sign Contracts and Change Orders pertaining to the
emergency beach restoration activities .
This attached Change Order # 1 to the Contract with Henry Fischer & Sons
Inc. adds $4, 500.00 to the contract price to cover the demolition and removal
of the derelict structure at Golden Sands Park.
If this proposed Change Order meets with your approval, please execute
both originals and return one original to me, with the other original going to
the County Clerk's office
