TRAINING PARTNERSHIP AGREEMENT O
A TRAINING PARTNERSHIP AGREEMENT is a cooperative effort entered into between
INDIAN RIVER COMMUNITY COLLEGE (IRCC) and a private business , public entity, or
other organization for the purpose of delivering training and instruction to students in the IRCC
service area.
THIS TRAINING PARTERSHIP AGREEMENT, entered into this 30'' day of April, 2003 ,
by and between the DISTRICT BOARD OF TRUSTEES for INDIAN RIVER
COMMUNITY COLLEGE , hereunder referred to as the BOARD , and INDIAN RIVER
COUNTY EMERGENCY SERVICES DISTRICT, hereinafter referred to as the AGENCY.
WITNESSETH
1 . The AGENCY agrees to provide instructional support including technical instruction,
instructional materials , and equipment, in partnership with IRCC , to offer courses related to
Fire Science to be held between August 21 , 2003 through August 16 , 2004 .
2 . The BOARD agrees to pay to the AGENCY up to $.1,6050 . 00 for Instructional Support
based on serving 125 enrollees and prorated depending on actual enrollment, credit type ,
and course length.
3 . The AGENCY agrees to pay to the BOARD the prevailing tuition rate per in-state and out-
of-state eligible students enrolled in the training class .
4 . The AGENCY agrees to pay the above tuition within thirty days of receipt of invoice , not
to exceed sixty days from beginning date of class .
5 . The AGENCY further agrees to release to the BOARD , its agents and employees from any
and all liability and hold it and them harmless from any and all claims and causes of action
caused by or arising from the rendering of the above-cited services .
6 . This contract may be terminated by either party by giving written notice five (5) days in
advance of the beginning day of the class , to the other party .
The parties hereto have hereunto executed this instrument for the purpose herein expressed, the
day and the year above written.

TRAINING PARTNERSHIP AGREEMENT - ADDENDUM
The AGENCY agrees to provide instruction leading to the Windows 2000 Microsoft Certified
Systems Associate Certification and official books for each student enrolled in this program . A
series of four courses leading to this certification will be offered between September 8, 2003 and
August 20, 2004, at any of the Indian River Community College ' s campuses.
The BOARD agrees to pay to the AGENCY, for each of the following four courses : CTS 1104
2301 Supporting Windows 2000 Professional, CTS1814 Microsoft Windows 2000 Server,
CEN2309 Managing Windows 2000 Network: Environment, and CEN 2320 Supporting a Network
Infrastructure Using Windows 2000, the amount indicated in the following schedule :
• $ 919. 00 per student for a class of 10 students or fewer
• $ 888 . 00 per student for a class of 11 , 12 or 13 students
• $ 858 . 00 per student for a class of 14, 15 or 16 students
