Bangel or his designee THE true and lawful attorney and proxy of the under- signed,to attend and represent the undersigned at the annual meeting of land owners of the Indian River Farms Water Control District,to be held at the office of the District at 4400-20th Street in Vero Beach,Florida, Friday, February 28, 2003 at 2:00 o'clock P.M. and at all adjournments of said meeting,and for and on behalf of the undersigned to vote on the election of Supervisors and on any other business which may legally come before said meeting or adjournments thereof, according to the number of acres which the undersigned owns in said Water Control District, as the undersigned would be entitled to vote if personally present,and the undersigned hereby gives and grants unto said attorneys and proxies, or either of them,full power of substitution and revocation,hereby confirming all that said attorneys and proxies shall do in the premises.
