FURTHER, that any unpaid amount of the contract sum shall become
due and payable on the 31st day after such final certification if
inspection by said Board shall not reveal sufficient cause to pre-
vent acceptance by said Board.
Before issuance of final certificate the Contractor shall
submit evidence satisfactory to the Architect that all payrolls,
material bills, and other indebtedness connected with the work
have been paid.
ARTICLE 6. THE CONTRACT DOCUMENTS.
The General Conditions of the Contract, the Supplementary
General Conditions, the Specifications and the Drawings, together
with this Agreement, form the Contract, and they are as fully a
part of the Contract as if hereto attached or herein repeated.

SUBJ: Addendum #1 to Plans & Specifications
Item #1: Amend Sheet #S-1 and new sheet #S-2 will be
forwarded under separate cover.
Item #2:'' Due to the fact that electrical service at site
is a 180 volt to ground and high leg system,
electrical service to building as indicated on
drawings shall be altered as follows:`
A) Connect old Building service to new
service installing 400 amp entrance to
replace existing 100 amp.
B) 42 circuit panel indicated on drawings
shall be changed from 3 phase to single
phase panel. Three phase panel indicated
on drawings as air conditioning shall be
enlarged to accommodate elevator power plant.
Main switch gear to be located in storage
room area 103.
Item #3:: Water service as indicated on drawings shall
be Att meter with 211'service to building.
Item #4:I Bid date shall be changed to Friday, Sept-. 21,
9:00 a.m.
