THAT the said properties have been reflected on the tax rolls as Tracts even though the said Plat was placed of record in 1926, for the past number of years, and the taxes have been paid by the Petitioner, or their successors in Title, for many, many years. The County Attorney reported that he was getting ready to file the Roseland road condemnation suit, but was waiting for 10 feet from the Sebastian airport property. He stated that tie had sent letters to every property owner on the Wabasso road right of way. The County Engineer suggested that the Board adopt a Resolu- tion to the Mosquito Control District, to have the park filled South of the 4abasso bridge. Motion was made by Commissioner Macdonald, seconded by Commissioner 'Waddell and unanimously carried, that the County�ttorn��y be requested to prepare such a Resolution. The County Engineer presented a plat of the Roseland area showing the drainage problems and made suggestions as to solving some of the problem. It was suggested that he contact the State Road Depart- ment and get their opinion on the situation and also to contact Mr. Duerden as his property is involved. The County Engineer stated that they were unable to determine where a 70 foot right of way is located in the 4abasso area because of differences of opinion of two of the property owners. The right of way was given to the county by Mr. Fred Tuerk. After discussing the matter, .Motion was made by Commissioner Waddell, seconded by Commissioner Mc - Cullers and unanimously carried, that the County Attorney be authorized to buy an abstract, if necessary, to determine the ownership of this property. The County Engineer requested authorization to advertise for steel bids. Motion was made by Commissioner Macdonald, seconded by Commissioner McCullers and unanimously carried, that advertising for bid for reinforcing steel be set for opening on January 8, 1962. The County Engineer requested for the County Agent to advertise for station wagon. Motion was made by Commissioner McCullers, seconded by Commissioner Waddell and unanimously carried, that the in- surance be purchased. The Deputy Clerk read a letter of appreciation from the Rose- land Woman's Club, for the fine job done on the floor. The Deputy Clerk stated that the Library would like for the county to turn over the money earmarked for mobile library, to them to deposit in a time deposit account. After considerable discussion, Motion was made by Commissioner ,4addell, seconded by Commissioner Macdonald and unanimously carried, to authorize a time deposit account for 90 days to receive the library fund from the State Library Board in order that interest can be realized on the funds to subsequently be disbursed by specific action of the Board, provided that this does not conflict with the law. At the request of the County Engineer, Motion was made by Commissioner McCullers, seconded by Commissioner Waddell and unanimously carried, that the engineer be authorized to advertise for bid on auto- mobile. The several bills and accounts against the County, having been audited, were examined and found correct, were approved and warrants issued in settlement of same as follows: General Revenue Fund, Warrant Nos. 1413 to 1463, both inclusive; Road and Bridge Fund, Warrant'Nos. 868 to 899,.both-inclusive; Fine and Forfeiture Fund, Warrant Nos. 108 to 112, both inclusive and Capital Outlay Fund, Warrant Nos. 54 and 55. Such bills and accounts being on file in the office of the Clerk of the Circuit Court, the warrants so issued from the respective funds being listed in the Supplemental Minute Book as provided by the rules of the State Auditor,- reference to such record and the list so recorded being'' made a part of -these minutes.
