Execution of a completed G701 form indicates agreement upon all the terms of the change, including any changes in the Contract Sum ( or Guaranteed Maximum Price) and Contract Time . RELATED DOCUMENTS . This document was prepared for use under the terms of AIA general conditions, including AIA Document A201 , General Conditions of the Contract for Construction, and the general conditions contained in AIA Document A107, Abbreviated Owner-Contractor Agreement Form for Construction Projects of Limited Scope—Stipulated Sum . USE OF CURRENT DOCUMENTS. Prior to using any AIA document, the user should consult the AIA, an AIA component chapter or a current AIA Documents Price List to determine the current edition of each document . REPRODUCTIONS.
