DESCRIPTION OF PROJECT OR USE OF SECONDARY ROAD FUNDS FOR 1963'414
1. The construction of as acetate two - lane bighwoy to be known
as State Road A -1-A commonsing at the bra esd of present
State load A -1-A Mast of the Isaiass River in Indian River
County and running *orthwhe rd to Sebasstian Tolet and the
construction of a bridge over the Sebastian inist.
2. 'Wieland Road State Road 505, from Collier Creek to the
Florida Mast Coast Railway in aoseland, with crossing signals
at this crossing.
3. Wabasso Road, State load 510, from State load 5 Vest to a
point on the South line of Softies 26, ?earnship 31, South
Lange 38 Mast, which was the beginning of job 8851-150, with
crossing signals at the railroad tracks.
4. Zing's Highway, State load 505'l, from North heli+af Canal to
North Winter leach Road and from Hobart load to 1Wbasso lead,
state Road 510.
5. To survey on the ground and establish proper *ligament and
right of Ray for Indian River Boulevard paralleling the Nest
Shore of the Indian River at a suitable and proper distance
therefrom, extending from the Vest right of way line of State
Road 5, sec. 88010-2208, at the intersection of the township
line dividing Township 31 and 32 and extending South to the
existing dedicated right of way by the City of Vero Beach at
the Main Canal of the Indian River Farm Drainage District,
and then following the established right of way of the City
to the South city Limits, then continuing south to return to
said State Road 5 at a point in the general vicinity of the
South County line, or in the general vicinity of the Oslo
Road at the North line of Stiction 30, Township 32 South,
Range 40 Rost, or some other suitable intersection point.
6. Cleiaanns Avenue, State Road 511 from State load 60 to North
Gifford Road, including bridge over Main Canal.
7. Lateral A, State Road 505 to State Road 60 to State Road 510,
to widen pavement to 20 feet wide and resurface.

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED That the methods and standards employed by
the State Road Department for determination of major improvement features,
including the specific alignment, the types and widths of pavement, and the
Department's standard specifications for construction are concurred in and
approved by this Board. It is requested: That the Department will consider
the protects in the order listed above insofar as practicable, but not to
the extent of retarding the whole program; that the termini of the projects
as described in the resolution and shown on the accompanying map, rather than
any estimate of funds therefor, shall control the Department's allocation of
funds; that this resolution shall remain in effect throughout the year; and
that after the current year the recommendations of this resolution shall con-
stitute a continuing improvement program for the County, unless changed by a
subsequent annual resolution.
