Reference : Acid and Bore Blaster 11 Treatment of Well # 5
Dear Jill ,
After speaking with Kirk Martin of CDM and yourself the recommendation was made to use a 15%
Acid solution in two separate treatments and the Bore Blaster 11 to rehabilitate Well #5. We
would also be chlorinating the well at the end of the process. The following is a breakdown of the
cost for this scope of work.

and Imateriall and billed accordingly,
As you can see this job is not a small under taking . There Is 340 feet of open bore, and custom
pieces needed based on the well's construction . There is also the concern of environmental Issues
that would need to be addressed i . e . , discharge of neutralized treated water on to the ground or
if it needs to be taken to a lift station . Please review and contact me with any questions.
