1 Description: Chase and Lead Threads on Well No . 3 Column Pipe
Purpose : Well No . 3 column pipe utilized to extend Well Nos . 1 and 2 while
new Well No . 3 is under construction. Threads on existing
column were found to be galled and needed repair .
Cost: $1 ,500 . 00
Time . 9 days
2 Description: Upgrade Mechanical Seals/ Discharge Heads
Purpose : Seals and discharge heads modified/ upgraded to be compatible
with existing discharge head and conditions .
Cost: $2,305 . 60
Time . 15 days
3 Description: Extend 24-inch steel surface casing
Purpose : Extension required to meet clay formation. Additional 66 feet of
casing was required to be set.
Cost: $9,644 .38
Time : 3 days
4 Description: Extend 16-inch PVC Production Casing
Purpose: Extension to improve well production. The casing was set to a
final depth of 396 ft. , 11 ft. deeper than originally estimated .
Cost: $1 ,317.58
