<br />of $80,000.00 and to cover all

<br />maintenance cast; policy to be
<br />written by a company rated by
<br />Best Insurance Guide as a "A
<br />plus 3A" insurance company,

<br />32,000.00 each, for a total
<br />amount of insurance of $80,000.-
