} <br />• <br />.t. <br />25486 <br />RES 0 L U T I 0 N <br />`364 <br />WHEREAS, BY REASON of the great distance that is involved in <br />District #2, it has become necessary to add additional voting precincts <br />within said County Commissioner's District; <br />WHEREAS, the members of the Board of County Commissioners of <br />Indian River County, Florida, all of whom are present at this meeting <br />of this Board, being at least four members of this Board, have agreed <br />unanimously on the altering and creating of additional election districts <br />and precincts; <br />WHEREAS, the Supervisor of Registration of Indian River County, <br />Florida, has recommended and approved the alterations and creation of <br />additional election districts and precincts as provided by this <br />resolution; <br />WHEREAS, the election districts and precincts as altered and <br />created by this resolution are such that no election and registration <br />district and precinct will lie partly in one County Commissioner's <br />District and partly in another County Commissioner1.s District; <br />WHEREAS, it is necessary to create two new voting precincts <br />being known as Precincts 2B and 2C, which are being created entirely <br />out of County Commissioner's District #2; <br />BE IT THEREFORE RESOLVED, that the Precincts in County Com- <br />missioner's District #2 of Indian River County, Florida, are herewith and <br />'hereby altered, changed, created and fixed and the boundaries thereof <br />determined and defined and designated,by number, and the most suitable <br />pi4ce in each precinct established as a voting place, as follows, <br />tp-wit: <br />1K• <br />l <br />30V4,G JV `00 f3 <br />G ON3 dad , <br />OFFICIAL RECORr. <br />800k 177PAG[ 649 <br />
