At -the request of County Engineer, Ed Schmucker, and Upon <br />Motion made by Commissioner Waddell, -seconded by Commissioner Ma4donald, <br />and unanimously carried, the County Engineer is authorised to offer the <br />.-sum of $275.00, the appraised value, to Mr. Lee Emerick for a 25' vide <br />right-of-way on 16th Avenue at the Southeast corner of 16th Avenue and <br />14th. Street. <br />Motion was made by Commissioner Macdonald, seconded by <br />Commissioner Haffield, and unanimously carried, that the County Engineer, <br />Ed Schmucker, is authorized to attend a Regional Planning Council meeting <br />in New Smyrna on August 14, 1963. <br />Upon Motion made by Commissioner Waddell, seconded by. Commissioner <br />Macdonald and unanimously carried, the following right-of-way agreements <br />on Glendale goad are hereby approved: <br />1. Forrest P. and Janet H. Showalter --In exchange for right- <br />of-way, 66Q' x 30', the County agrees to. furnish, if necessary, a culvert, <br />20' in width, covered with marl. <br />2. Richard Atkin and Ann Atkin, his wife --In exchange for <br />right-of-way, 230' x 30', the County agrees to furnish 38 yards of fill, <br />push three plam trees back in the yard to be re -set by owner, and to <br />furnish, if necessary, a 20' culvert, covered with marl, and pay the <br />sum of $25.00. <br />Since neither of the parties involved in the Cowin Trailer <br />Park question were present at this meeting, Motion was made by Commissioner <br />McCullers, seconded by Commissioner Haffield, and unanimously carried, <br />that this matter be tabled until the next regular meeting. <br />County Engineer, Edwin Schmucker, requested approval to allow <br />the issuance of a permit for an addition to the radar station on the beach <br />which is a R -1-A Residential District. He was informed by the Board that <br />this matter should be taken before the Variance Board. <br />Motion was made by Commissioner Waddell, seconded by Commissioner <br />Macdonald and unanimously carried, that the following Resolution be adopted: <br />`383 <br />
