RESOLUTION <br />8 : , 384 <br />BE IT.RESOLVED by the County Commissioners in and for <br />Indian River County, Florida that the non-exclusive franchise hereto- <br />fore granted to Curtis Hunter be, and the same is, hereby revoked <br />and declared null and void and of no further effect. <br />Motion was made by Commissioner Macdonald, seconded by <br />Commissioner Waddell, and unanimously carried, that Indian River County <br />reimburse Western Union Telegraph Company the sum of $815.00 from <br />Secondary Road Funds for removal of their lines at the intersection of <br />Roseland Road and the FEC Railroad. <br />Motion was made by Commissioner McCullers, seconded by <br />Commissioner Haffield and unanimously carried that Forrest McCullars, <br />County Agent, is authorized to attend Citrus Institute near Ocala on <br />August 19 to 23; and to make a trip to Tampa on August 27 & 28 to do <br />advance planning for County booth at State Fair Grounds. <br />The monthly reports of the Veterans Service Officer and the <br />County Agent were received and Ordered filed. <br />The several bills and accounts against the County having been <br />audited, were examined and found correct, were approved and warrants <br />issued in settlement of same as follows: General Revenue Fund Warrant <br />Nos, 2036 to 2142 inclusive; Road and Bridge Fund, Warrant Nos. 1311 to <br />1369 both inclusive; Fine and Forfeiture.Fund, Warrant Nos. 182 to 187 <br />both inclusive; and Capital Outlay, Warrant Nos.71 to 74, both inclusive. <br />Such bills and accounts being on file in the Office of the Clerk of the <br />Circuit Court, the Warrants so issued from the respective funds being listed <br />in the Supplemental Minute. Book as.provided by, the rules of the. State <br />Auditor, reference to such record and the list so recorded being.made a <br />part of .these minutes. <br />There being no further business, on motion made, seconded and/ <br />• <br />carried,* the Board -then adjourned. <br />
