EXHIBIT A <br />Situate in the County of Indian River, State of Florida, being that portion of Tract 8, <br />Section 4, Township 33 South, Range 39 East, lying South of the main canal and West <br />of 43rd Avenue, Vero Beach, Florida, further described as follows: <br />Beginning at the point of intersection of the North right of way line of State Road 60 and <br />West right of way line of 43rd Avenue, thence North along the West right of way line of <br />43rd Avenue a distance of 106.04 feet to a point on the South right of way line of the <br />main canal; thence, in a Southwesterly direction along the South right of way line of the <br />main canal a distance of 133.5 feet to a point; thence South along a line perpendicular <br />with the North right of way line of State Road 60 a distance of 58 feet more or less to a <br />point on the North right of way line of State Road 60; thence, in an Easterly direction <br />along the North right of way line of State Road 60 a distance of 125 feet more or less, to <br />the Point of Beginning; further known as the Northwest corner of State Road 60 and <br />43rd Avenue, having a frontage of 125 feet on State Road 60 and a frontage of 106.04 <br />feet on 43rd Avenue. <br />
