(SURVEYOR) and Indian River County <br /> (COUNTY) . This Work Order No. 3 amends the agreement as follows : <br /> SECTION I — PROJECT LIMITS <br /> This Work Order No. 3 is for the SURVEYOR to perform Right of Way staking and limited <br /> topographic survey as well as perform various surveying tasks related to the construction of the <br /> outlined secondary roads within the Vero Lakes Estates Sub Division . <br /> Limits are 108th Avenue and 1061h Avenue from CR 512 to 94th Street, and 94" Street from 106th <br /> Avenue to 108th Avenue as shown on the attached project limits map, all lying in Indian River <br /> County, Florida . <br /> SECTION II - SCOPE OF SERVICES <br /> As agreed upon between Masteller, Moler, Reed & Taylor, Inc. and Indian River County, the <br /> SURVEYOR shall provide Professional Land Surveying services to complete all tasks as <br /> outlined in this Work Order No . 3 described as follows : <br /> • Task 9 — Vero Lake Estates Right of Way Staking, Topographic Survey. <br /> 1 . Calculate ( in state plane coordinates, North American Datum of 1988) the center line <br /> of the rights of way in relationship to CR512 baseline and the recorded Vero Lake <br /> Estates plat. <br /> 2 . Perform Bench run using National Geodetic Vertical Datum of 1929 and set 2 <br /> benchmarks in the vicinity and outside the limits of the project . <br /> 3 . Perform a closed traverse loop along the center line . Adjust as necessary . Search , <br /> recover and locate any existing monumentation . <br /> 4 .
