Government Lots, Grants, etc. <br />27. Sections and % Sections (lines & corners). <br />28. Certified Corner reports of all Section and % corners used in the course of survey shall be <br />completed and/or updated. <br />29. City Limits by Name & Symbol; Name of City, if job entirely within city limits but does not cross -city <br />limits. <br />30. Land and Subdivision Ties (angles and/or, bearings & distances) <br />31. Subdivision name and limits <br />32. Plat Book and page <br />33. Lots and Blocks <br />34. Lot and Street dimensions (plat or document of record). <br />35. Show all original plat and RM lines of record, if different from present time, with dashed lines <br />36. Show/plot all Murphy Reservations and/or release lines (including document of record) via graphic <br />or dimension which ever is obtainable. <br />37. Show names of subdivision streets, plat book and page recording — also, show Lot and Block <br />number and Dimensions, Exceptions, Easements, and Vacated portions. <br />38. When property lines break the Right of Way on curve, show tangent bearings or chord bearings. <br />39. Show any replat of a subdivision — show old subdivision when necessary to clear up former <br />acquisition or old title references — use system of dashed lines, dotted figures, etc., with ties shown <br />and name and plat book reference indicated <br />40. Stations and Angle Ties to ALL Existing Major and Minor Side Streets (Public Road R/W) as <br />surveyed and/or calculated. <br />41. Show field located P. R. M. /major property corner or parcel ties by station/offset to baseline/control <br />line. <br />42. Current Street Names <br />43. Any buildings within 25 feet of proposed R/W line shall be dimensioned to R/W line. If proposed <br />R/W line is unknown, obtain buildings within +/- 25' of existing R/W. Locations of buildings and <br />large structures can be obtained from field and/or photographic / planimetric methods, note shall be <br />placed on plan as to origin. <br />44. Show and identify all easements within, along or abutting the Right -of -Way or affected property on <br />detail Maps by width, use and ownership (where applicable). <br />45. Any other items as to meet the goals and objectives established by the County. <br />
