Prepare and mail a certified letter to the property owner advising that we shall be performing a survey of the subject <br /> property and identifying the dates of field work prior to commencement. <br /> 2 . Perform boundary survey per legal description as provided . Boundary survey shall be prepared in accordance with the <br /> Minimum Technical Standards for surveying as adopted by the State of Florida . <br /> 3 . Locate and identify all improvements on subject property , including but not limited to , buildings , driveways, fences etc. <br /> 4 . Locate and depict evidence of groves within the proposed right of way as applicable . <br /> 5 . Review Title package as provided . Show all applicable easements on the survey sketch . No search of the Public <br /> Records will be made by this firm . <br /> 6 . Depict all existing and proposed rights of way on the survey sketch . <br /> 7 . Upon completion , certify as requested , provide five copies and a CD containing the CAD file and PDF of the survey <br /> sketch . <br /> We propose to perform the above described scope of services for a lump sum fee of $ 3 , 900 . 00 . We estimate the time of <br /> completion to be 3 weeks from the notice to proceed . <br /> Upon your verbal authorization for this survey, we order research materials and set up your job file.
