Prepare and mail a certified letter to the property owner advising that we shall be performing a survey of the subject property and identifying the dates of field work prior to commencement. 2 . Perform boundary survey per legal description as provided . Boundary survey shall be prepared in accordance with the Minimum Technical Standards for surveying as adopted by the State of Florida . 3 . Locate and identify all improvements on subject property , including but not limited to , buildings , driveways , fences etc. 4 . Locate and depict evidence of groves within the proposed right of way as applicable . 5 . Review Title package as provided . Show all applicable easements on the survey sketch . No search of the Public Records will be made by this firm . 6 . Depict all existing and proposed rights of way on the survey sketch . 7 . Upon completion , certify as requested , provide five copies and a CD containing the CAD file and PDF of the survey sketch . We propose to perform the above described scope of services for a lump sum fee of $ 4 , 400 . 00 . We estimate the time of completion to be 3 weeks from the notice to proceed . Upon your verbal authorization for this survey , we order research materials and setup your job file. In the event of a cancellation and in order to cover our costs , you will be billed for all work/expenses incurred up to the date of cancellation , including costs to close out your file .
