S. and Chapter 61G17, <br /> F . A. C. as minimum and be certified as such . <br /> R/W Maps shall be prepared/submitted in the form of a certified R/W Map will all <br /> applicable certifications and criteria met. <br /> A Copy of this check list is to be provided to the county with all submittals . The check list items <br /> shall be individually noted as complete, pending etc with a note explaining why the item is not <br /> competed. <br /> 1 . Cover sheet/Key sheet . (To be supplied by IRC in DWG . ) <br /> 2 . Survey notes and report sheet . <br /> 3 . Key sheet ( s ) <br /> 4 . Survey Control sheet . <br /> 5 . Subsequent R/W map sheets . <br /> 6 . Supply a Box or area for county acceptance and/or certification . <br /> 7 . Title Box of each sheet must contain : <br /> a . County <br /> b . State Road and/or County Road Number <br /> c . Designed , drawn and checked by ( use names or initials ) & date <br /> d . Scale <br /> e . Field Book References <br /> f . Sheet Numbers to be in numerical order ( 1 , 21 33 4 , etc . ) NOT ( 1 , 1 Al 1 B , 2 , etc <br />. ) <br /> 8 . Any notes necessary to set out the type and/or purpose of the map shall be shown . <br /> 9 . Provide in survey notes - all relevant resources to prepare the Right- of-Way map . <br /> 10 . Show pertinent dimensions and bearings in the following fashion as the case may be : <br /> a . Plat — ( P) <br /> b . Computed — ( C) <br /> c . Field — ( F) <br /> d . Deed ( D) <br /> 11 . Table of Ownerships shall show : <br /> a. Parcel Number <br /> b . Recording Data <br /> 12 . Show stations and offsets to all Right of Way Breaks , bends , PC' s , PT's , block corners (per plat) . <br /> 13 . Show stations , deflection (or bearing) of all intersecting section , 1/4 section lines to baseline ( either <br /> field or calculated as applicable) . <br /> 14 . Show monumented baselines and all references thereto . <br /> 15 . Verify that computed distances and bearings are supported by field measurements . <br /> 16 . Verify and/or monument significant elements of Baseline alignment shown . ( i . e . curves , bearings <br /> and P . I . Stations) <br /> 17 . Ensure that significant elements of all curves are shown and are correct. Also show curve data on <br /> all sheets where they appear. <br /> 18 . Provide stations on the controlling baseline at the beginning , ending of R/W Project , 500 ' intervals , <br /> all bends , PC 's , PT's , PI 's . <br /> 19 . Stationing in field minimum 500 ' beyond beginning and ending of project. <br /> 20 . Baseline (equate to intersecting State or County Jobs by Station and job number when available) <br /> as available . <br />
