Projects shall be in NAD83/90 State plane coordinate system and bearings reference shall be shown and must be clearly stated . Values shall be place on key baseline monumentation . 22 . County/State lines 23 . Section 24 . Township 25 . Range 26 . Government Lots , Grants , etc . 27 . Delineate positions or alignments of all Sections and 1/4 Sections ( lines & corners) used in the course of the survey OR intersecting with project baseline AND Rights- of Way lines . Station and deflections shall be provided at all positions . 28 . Certified Corner reports of all Section and Y4 corners used in the course of survey shall be completed and/or updated and recorded with DEP . 29 . City Limits by Name & Symbol ; Name of City, if job entirely within city limits but does not cross- city limits . 30 . Land and Subdivision Ties (angles and/or, bearings & distances) 31 . Subdivision name and limits 32 . Plat Book and page 33 . Lots and Blocks 34 . Lot and Street dimensions ( plat or document of record ) . 35 . Show all original plat and R/W lines of record , if different from present time , with dashed lines and notation of the previous R/W documentation or references . 36 . Show/plot all Murphy Reservations and/or release lines ( including document of record ) via graphic or dimension which ever is obtainable . 37 . Show names of subdivision streets , plat book and page recording — also , show Lot and Block number and Dimensions , Exceptions , Easements , and Vacated portions . 38 . When property lines break the Right of Way on curve , show tangent bearings or chord bearings . 39 . Show any replat of a subdivision — show old subdivision when necessary to clear up former acquisition or old title references — use system of dashed lines , dotted figures , etc. , with ties shown and name and plat book reference indicated 40 . Stations and Angle Ties to ALL Existing Major and Minor Side Streets ( Public Road R/W) as surveyed and/or calculated . 41 . Show field located P . R . M . /major property corner or parcel ties by station/offset to baseline/control line . 42 . Current Street , County or State Road names and historical names are to be provided . 43 . Any buildings within 25 feet of proposed R/W line shall be dimensioned to R/W line . If proposed R/W line is unknown , obtain buildings within +/- 25' of existing R/W . Locations of buildings and large structures can be obtained from field and/or photographic / planimetric methods , note shall be placed on plan as to origin . 44 . Show and identify all easements within , along or abutting the Right-of-Way or affected property on detail Maps by width , use and ownership (where applicable) . 45 . Monumentation shall be a standard 4" x 4" ( PRM) concrete monument with Indian River County Disc. All Disc are to be stamped Right- of-Way (or abbreviation ) and with the surveyors LB or License Number 46 . Permanent Control Points ( PCP) shall be a standard PK nail (or substitute) with an Indian River County Disc. All Disc are to be stamped Base- Line or reference line (or abbreviation) as applicable and with the surveyors LB or License Number 47 . Any other items as to meet the goals and objectives established by the County.
