<br />same by levy and sale, of the goods and chattels, lands and tenements so assessed,
<br />or of the person or corporations so taxed; and all sums collected for the State taxes
<br />You are to pay to the State Treasuer at such time as may be required by law, and at
<br />the same time you are to pay to the legally qualified depository all sums collected for
<br />County taxes, District school taxes, and other special taxes; and you are further
<br />required to make all collections on or before the first Monday in .April; on or
<br />before the first Monday in July you will make a final report to and settlement with
<br />the Comptroller and County Commissioners.

<br />The several bills and accounts against the County, having been audited, were ex-
<br />amined and approved, and warrants ordered issued in settlement of same. The list of f
<br />warrants drawn from the respective funds and listed in the County Finance record is
<br />hereby made a part of these minutes as fully and completely as if said warrants as
<br />drawn were each listed in these minutes.
<br />The Several county Depositories of the County filed their monthly statements of
<br />the accounts of the County, showing receipts and disbursement$, which, having been
<br />checked over were found to be correct.
<br />There being no further business on motion made, seconded and carried the Board
<br />adjourned until Wednesday, October 17th 1928, at 2 o'clock P.M.
