WEDNESDAY, OCTOBER 9, 1963 The Board of County Commissioners of Indian River County, Florida, met at the Courthouse, Vero Beach, Florida, in a regular meeting held at 8:00 o'clock, A.M., Wednesday, October 9, 1963. All members were present. Also present were Ed Schmucker, County Engineer, John Sutherland, County Attorney, Homer C. Fletcher, Tax Assessor and Al Webber and Freda Wright, Deputy Clerks. The Chairman asked if there were any changes or additions to be made to the minutes of September 11 and 26, 1963. There were none and upon Motion made by Commissioner McCullers, seconded by Commis- sioner Waddell and unanimously carried, the minutes were approved as read. Mr. Fletcher, Tax Assessor, appeared before the Board and presented the Tax Rolls for the year 1963 on Real and Personal property and also Intangible Tax Roll, which were carefully examined and found correct and on Motion made by Commissioner Macdonald, seconded by Commissioner McCullers and unanimously carried, were approved, and the Warrants to each of said rolls were annexed thereto and are in words and figures following: THE STATE OF FLORIDA To Honorable Troy E. Moody, Tax Collector of the County of Indian River. You are hereby commanded to collect out of the real estate and personal property, and from each of the persons and corporations named in the annexed roll, the taxes set down in each roll opposite each name, corporation or parcel of land therein described; and in case taxes so imposed are not paid at the time prescribed by law, you are to collect the same by levy and sale of the goods and chattels, lands and tenements so assessed, or of the person or corporation so taxed; and all sums collected for the State taxes you are to pay to the State Treasurer at such time as may be required by law, and at the same time you are to pay to the legally qualified Depository all sums collected for County
