• <br />Max Zimmerman appeared before the Board and presented a <br />petition requesting the Commissioliers,to provide ne4ded drainage in <br />the Howard and Preston Subdivision. After much discussion, •the <br />County Engineer was.requested to look over the situation to see if,a <br />little relief could be given on the North Gifford Road, but it was. <br />also pointed out by the Chairman that this was an unrecorded subdi-• <br />vision and private property and the county could not legally help <br />them. <br />Representatives of the Indian River County Businessmen <br />and .vomens' League, Inc., of Gifford, appeared before the Board to, <br />inquire about improvements of streets in the Gifford area.
