• Max Zimmerman appeared before the Board and presented a petition requesting the Commissioliers,to provide ne4ded drainage in the Howard and Preston Subdivision. After much discussion, •the County Engineer was.requested to look over the situation to see if,a little relief could be given on the North Gifford Road, but it was. also pointed out by the Chairman that this was an unrecorded subdi-• vision and private property and the county could not legally help them.
