corporation, isa corporation formed for the purpose of promoting
<br />:comMunity interest and welfare and for the improving and conducting
<br />b..of the above Beach Park, and it appearing to the Board that it would
<br />be to the best interest of the County that this Lease be entered into
<br />with' said corporate body; and
<br />WHEREAS, this Board is satisfied that said property is re-
<br />quired for such use and it is not needed for County purposes;
<br />NOW,,THEREFORE, be it resolved by the Board of County Com-
<br />missioners of Indian River County, Florida, in regular session on
<br />-this, the 6th day of November, 1963, that the Lease presented here-
<br />with is hereby approved and the Chairman and Clerk of this Court
<br />are hereby authorized and instructed to make, execute and deliver
<br />said Lease for and in behalf of said County.
<br />The County Attorney reported that everything was in order
<br />for the exchange of the Mutinsky property. Motion was made by Com-
<br />missioner Waddell, seconded by Commissioner Macdonald and unanimously
<br />carried, that the County Attorney is authorized to complete the trans-
<br />actioli and the Clerk is authorized to pay the expenses in connection
<br />with same.
