The <br /> Sunset Apartment property is located at the northeast corner of 45th Street and 43 `d <br /> Avenue and is zoned RM40, Multiple-Family Residential District (up to 10 units/acre). <br /> East of the subject property and across 43 `d Avenue, properties are zoned R&6, Single <br /> Family Residential District (up to 6 units/acre). A majority of the properties consist of <br /> abandoned groves. Cypress Green Apartments are located directly east of the subject <br /> property and are on land that is zoned RM- 10, Multi-Family Residential District. <br /> Immediately south of Cypress Green Apartments is Dodgertown Elementary School <br /> To the west of the subject property, land is zoned IG, General Industrial District, and is the <br /> location of two auto salvage yards. <br /> To the south of the subject property lies county»owned land currently zoned IG, General <br /> Industrial and with a Land Use Designation of PUB, Public.
