8 FaU452 <br />Indian River County as a public road for a period of more than five <br />years immediately prior to the time of the adoption of this Resolu- <br />tion; and, <br />WHEREAS, a map is attached to this Resolution, a copy of <br />which is to be filed in the Office of the Clerk of the Circuit Court <br />of Indian River County, Florida, showing the location of the streets, <br />NOW THEREFORE, Be It Resolved by the Board of County Commis- <br />sioners of Indian River County, Florida, in regular session on this <br />the 8th., day of January, 1964, that this Board does herewith certify <br />that the Street commonly known as Forty-second Street running East <br />from the West line of the SWk of the NE'k of Section 26, Township 32 <br />South, Range 39 East to the FEC railroad; Twenty-fifth Avenue running <br />South from the extension of Albert Street to Forty-second Street and <br />Twenty-fourth Court running South from the extension of Spruce Street <br />to Forty-second Street have been designated, established and maintained. <br />by the Board of County Commissioners of Indian River,County as public <br />roads for a period of more than four years and that said roads include, <br />not only the street areas -thereof, but the many swale ditches, grass <br />parkways or any other part of said road and that any obstruction of <br />any of the aforesaid streets shall be forthwith removed as obstruct- <br />ing county roads under the laws. of the State of Florida, and that the <br />map attached to this Resolution as well as a certified copy of said <br />Resolution shall be certified to by the Chairman and Clerk of the <br />Board of County Commissioners and be filed in the Office of the Clerk <br />of the Circuit Court. <br />BE IT -FURTHER RESOLVED; that a copy of this Resolution be <br />forwarded to L. B. Vocelle, Attorney for Bettie English, now known as <br />Nettie English Smith; <br />BE IT FURTHER.RESOLVED, that in the event the obstructions, <br />f any, on any of the -aforesaid streets and roads have not been re- <br />moved within' seven. days after this date that the Sheriff of Indian <br />to remove such obstruction. <br />
