Address of each housing unit acquired and/or rehabilitated with NSP <br /> funds , the date the construction or sale was completed on the housing unit, <br /> and the amount of NSP funds spent on that housing unit ; <br /> b . Whether the household is headed by a female, the number of handicapped <br /> persons in the household , the number of elderly persons in the household, <br /> and the LMMI status of the household ; <br /> C , The number of occupants in the household, categorized by gender; and <br /> d The racial demographics of the household by number (white, black, <br /> Hispanic, Asian/Pacific Islander.
