BOOK <br />Motion was made by Commissioner Macdonald, seconded by Commis- <br />sioner McCullers, and unanimously carried, to re -appoint Commissioner <br />Waddell as a member of the East Central Florida Regional Council. <br />Motion was made by Commissioner McCullers, seconded by Commis- <br />sioner Waddell and unanimously carried, to authorize the Clerk to have <br />the Clerk's Offices painted. <br />Commissioner McCullers stated that he was using County assis- <br />tance on Memorial Island and that this was being done at his request. <br />Motion was made by Commissioner Waddell, seconded by Commis- <br />sioner McCullers and unanimously carried, that the Sheriff be authorized <br />to build a shed on the jail property at a cost of approximately $450.00. <br />The Quarterly report of the Sheriff was received and filed with <br />the Clerk. <br />Motion was made by Commissioner Macdonald, seconded by Commis- <br />sioner McCullers and unanimously carried, to request the State Road De- <br />partment to make a survey of parking zones on South U. S. 1. <br />A copy of letter from Mrs. Vernon W. Khail to the Tax Assessor <br />complaining about taxes was presented by Al Webber, Deputy Clerk, but no <br />action was taken. <br />The Financial Report from the Indian River County Hospital <br />for the fiscal year ending September 30, 1963, was receivecy and filed in <br />the Clerk's Office. <br />Monthly reports were filed by the County Agent, the County <br />Welfare Worker and the County Service Officer. <br />.The several bills and accounts against the County, having been <br />audited, were examined and found correct, were approved and warrants is- <br />sued in settlement of same as follows: General Revenue Fund, Warrant <br />Nos. 2581 to 2634, both inclusive;.Road and Bridge Fund, Warrant Nos. 1685 <br />to 1731 both inclusive; Fine and Forfeiture Fund, Warrant Nos.237 to 243, <br />both inclusive and Capital' Outlay, Warrant No. 84. Such bilis and accounts <br />being on file in the, Office of the Clerk of the Circuit Court, the Warrants <br />• <br />so issuid from the respective funds beim listed in the Supplemental Minute. <br />Book as pravidedby.ths rules <br />of the State Auditor, reference to such <br />
