Top right of Door 514A drywall needs to be sanded and repainted to the top left and the top of the door. 15. 2x2 light fixture to the north of A/C diffuser in Production Office 514 area near the cabinetry, damaged. That is also true of the light fixture to the south of the A/C diffuser, parabolic lens is damaged. Reception Area 601 & Waiting Area 602 1 . Bottom right Door 601 vinyl base needs to be cleaned of dirt and debris. 2. Top left of side light for Door 601 drywall needs to be sanded, caulked and repainted. 3 . Signage for Office 601 on the glass, this is unacceptable. 4. Left side, side light for Door 601 bottom edge needs to be sanded, caulked and repainted. Left side and underside of the side light where the hollow metal frame meets the drywall . 5 . Left inside corner approximately to the left of side light for 601 needs to be sanded, caulked and repainted, approximately 2ft. up the wall . 6. Right of hollow metal frame 602A needs to be sanded, caulked and repainted at the frame and the top right at the drywall. 7 . Vinyl base to the left of Door 602A needs to be cleaned of paint and drywall mud, etc. S . Drywall at the head of hollow metal frame 602A needs to be sanded, caulked and repainted. 9. Systems furniture installed at this time. 10. Ceiling tile coming off the left side of the side light for Door 601 , the 3rd full ceiling tile off the side light, corner is chipped . 11 . Ceiling grid at dropped header both sides of the header needs to be cleaned of paint and caulked in place or cleaned at the joints. 12. Ceiling tile needs to be set in place at the return air grille Area 602 . 13 . Outside face of Door 602A corridor side right inside corner needs to be sanded and repainted, drywall irregular. 14. Top right of door 602A, Corridor 603 side, ceiling tile chipped. 15 . Ceiling grid on either side of the header separating Reception Area 601 from Corridor 603 grid not setting flush to the wall . Corridor 603 1 . Open book shelves opposite Office 610 & 611 center of the book shelf top edge of the base side panel is chipped . 2 . Left side of book shelf the left end at the filler, side panel is not flush with the filler panel , Also, drywall mud need to be cleaned out of the joint and glue needs to be cleaned from the face. 3. Far right side of book shelves the east end at the filler panel, top edge of the end panel is chipped. Also, coming off the east end of the 2" book shelf top panel of the book shelf finish is damaged. 4. Drywall above the book shelves directly from Door 611 needs to be sanded and repainted. 5 . Book shelves opposite Offices 607 & 608 far left curbed panel needs to be cleaned of glue. Also, finish is scratched and end panel is not flush with the filler panel. That is also true of the far right panel which would be on the south side . 6. Drywall above book shelves directly opposite Door 608 needs to be sanded and repainted .
